Execute precise cuts on structural steel and miscellaneous metals using ESAB equipment to meet project specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues with machinery to maintain production schedules and prevent delays.

Maintain high standards of quality control by inspecting finished parts for accuracy and adherence to blueprints.

Coordinate with the fabrication team to prioritize daily tasks and optimize material usage.

Uphold rigorous safety standards and equipment maintenance routines to ensure a productive and secure shop environment.

Champion the company values of accountability and teamwork in every project phase.

2+ years of professional experience operating CNC plasma tables.

Proven proficiency with ESAB equipment and related software interfaces.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix mechanical or software hiccups independently.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and material lists.

Proficient knowledge of plasma cutting processes.

Experience in a high-volume industrial shop environment.
