Grain Terminal Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor leads production teams, optimizes processes, and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor. The role requires organizing tasks, developing team members, and driving performance to maintain smooth operations and meet company goals. Responsibilities Lead and direct production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. Foster a positive, accountable work environment and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with teams to optimize workflows and align with production schedules. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and regulatory requirements. Support training and development of team members and supervise daily operations. Minimum Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of supervisory experience. Basic knowledge of software applications. Knowledge of federal, state, local, and OSHA regulations. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Willingness to travel to remote facilities and customer locations. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline. Knowledge of grain receiving and storage technologies. Understanding of commodity markets. Physical Requirements Ability to move freely throughout facilities and climb as needed. Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment. Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, noise, and chemicals as applicable to agribusiness facilities. Ability to wear protective equipment as required.
