Corporate Attorney

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of key aspects of transactions from inception through closing, working closely with our clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Work on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions

• Take ownership of key aspects of transactions from inception through closing

• Engage directly with clients and colleagues to understand their needs and provide effective solutions

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide insightful advice to clients

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client goals

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
