Brand Ambassador

Summary Part-time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, customer-focused service on the sales floor, helping to drive sales and build client relationships. They support store initiatives, leverage digital tools to enhance the shopping experience, and help maintain store standards. This role serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company. Responsibilities Drive daily sales and work to achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive customer engagement Deliver a consistent, on-brand customer experience and support the store vision and company initiatives Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing options (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to broaden customer accessibility Participate in team training, provide feedback to management, and support merchandising and product discovery efforts Maintain sales floor standards and ensure the store environment meets brand expectations Requirements Retail or related industry experience preferred with strong customer service and communication skills Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift/maneuver up to 30 lbs Comfortable using new technology and supporting digital shopping tools Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
