Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Controller:
• Lead all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, tax, and financial reporting
• Manage month-end close and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and deadlines
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis activities
• Oversee federal, state, local, income, and sales/use tax filings and compliance
• Coordinate annual financial statement audits and 401(k) audits
• Manage cash flow, internal controls, and risk mitigation
Qualifications for the Corporate Controller:
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing accounting, payroll, AP, AR, and related functions
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience including federal, state, local, and sales/use tax compliance
• CPA strongly preferred
• SAP experience preferred but not required if all other qualifications are met
• Public accounting foundation and large manufacturing company experience highly desirable
