Warehouse General Laborer

Job Description

The Warehouse General Laborer plays a vital role in supporting aluminum casting and production processes within a large production team. This physically demanding position involves cleaning and finishing metal parts, removing excess material from castings, and performing a variety of general production tasks while adhering to safety protocols. The role requires comfort in a hot industrial environment and the ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools under a 4/10 shift schedule. On-the-job training offers opportunities for skill development and advancement.

Responsibilities

Assist with aluminum casting and production tasks
Clean and finish metal parts
Remove excess material and debris from castings
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
Perform general production and material handling duties
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in manufacturing, foundry, warehouse, or general labor
Willingness to learn and perform various production tasks
Reliable attendance and punctuality
