Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes across the SVI program. This position reviews case documentation, monitors compliance, identifies quality trends, supports corrective actions, and assists leadership with continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality reviews and audits of case files and operational records
- Evaluate work products for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance
- Identify documentation deficiencies and process gaps
- Document quality findings and maintain audit records
- Track corrective actions and follow up on identified issues
- Maintain QA tools, checklists, monitoring forms, and tracking logs
- Monitor quality trends and recurring issues
- Prepare QA reports and performance summaries
- Collaborate with supervisors and program leadership on improvement strategies
- Support root-cause analysis and process improvement
- Assist with developing and revising procedures and quality standards
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews
- Identify training needs based on quality findings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Quality Management, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Equivalent combinations of education and progressively responsible experience may be considered
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, case management, data review, program monitoring, or related work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify errors and compliance concerns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting government contracts or regulated programs
- Experience conducting case file audits or compliance reviews
- Experience with corrective action tracking
- Experience developing QA reports or performance dashboards
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with electronic case management systems
