We are a well-established custom cabinet company seeking full-time Cabinet Installers who take pride in their work, are detail oriented, and team players. Our installers work within small installation teams ensure precise installation.
Responsibilities
- Install face frame and frameless cabinets with precision
- Install custom woodwork and millwork components
- Ensure cabinets are plumb, level, and square
- Trim cabinet toe skins, baseboards, crown, and moldings
- Scribe fillers, wood tops, moldings, and cabinets for perfect fit
- Work independently or as part of a team to install cabinets from a single unit to whole-house projects
- Read and interpret floorplans, shop drawings, and blueprints accurately
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Communicate clearly with shops, general contractors, and homeowners
- Troubleshoot and solve on-site installation problems
- Manage time efficiently and be punctual for all shifts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of cabinet installation experience
- Proficient in reading floorplans, shop drawings, and blueprints
- Strong math skills for precise measurements
- Experience with hand and power tools relevant to cabinet installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and accountability
- Self-motivated with a positive, honest attitude
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
- Punctual and reliable work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of carpentry or construction experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Able to work well in small teams
