About the Role As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits and coverage options. Using Zoom and other virtual communication tools, you'll help clients understand their available benefits, answer questions, and provide outstanding service throughout their experience. Key Responsibilities Client Service Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options Explain products, services, and policy information Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication Maintain accurate client records and documentation Relationship Building Build long-term relationships through professionalism and trust Deliver exceptional customer experiences Provide personalized support based on each client's needs Communicate clearly and effectively throughout the client journey Professional Development Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship Attend team meetings and coaching sessions Continue developing communication and customer service skills Learn industry products, systems, and best practices Qualifications We’re looking for individuals who possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset Positive attitude and professional demeanor Basic computer proficiency Comfortable using Zoom and virtual communication platforms Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow Helpful Experience (Not Required) Experience in any of the following is beneficial: Customer Service Client Relations Retail Hospitality Healthcare Sales Administrative Support Call Center Operations Leadership experience is welcomed but not required.
