Staff AI Agent Engineer - Moveworks

Salary: $137,700 - 241,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or Consulting Engineer.
• We need a proven history of driving successful technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
• We expect experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations using REST APIs, iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, or ServiceNow Flow Designer, and/or scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
• You should be able to define methods and procedures independently on new assignments, using strong judgment to choose effective approaches and deliver results on complex cross-functional challenges.
• We are seeking someone who has led projects and coordinated teammates, with strong relationships across departments and key external partners.
• You must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• You should be comfortable operating across multiple business functions and technical areas.
• Preferred: familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, or Okta.
• Preferred: familiarity with Linux and Windows environments, including command-line usage.
• Preferred: up to date on the latest AI tools, frameworks, and agentic design patterns, with the ability to apply them to reliable, scalable solutions.

• We partner closely with customers across the full delivery lifecycle of AI Agents on our platform, from vision lock and solution architecture through build, tuning, and launch.
• We design and advise on custom technical AI solutions that help customers use AI in innovative ways to solve complex business challenges.
• We build secure, high-performance integrations between our platform and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira, and others.
• We act as trusted technical advisors, helping customers shape their Agentic AI roadmap and enabling their teams to operate the platform independently over time.
• We gather customer feedback and identify technical gaps, then work directly with our Engineering and Product teams to influence platform improvements.
• We turn successful customer solutions into reusable templates and share best practices across the team.
• We work directly with customers and should expect to travel regularly as part of the role.
