About the Role

Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a proven track record in public sector or government roles. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The role demands a comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and employment laws, as well as strong expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and talent management. Proficiency in HR technologies and systems is essential, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage diverse teams.
