Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and fashion personalized therapy strategies that align with their functional goals

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTRs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Empower Patients and Families: Educate both patients and their caregivers on therapy approaches to promote sustained progress at home
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine therapies as necessary, ensuring that each patient remains on track

Education

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for further education and support for post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
