About the Facility:

Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Puyallup known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeedwhether you're a new grad or seasoned OT.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Rate Range: ? $40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current WA OT license (or eligibility)
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
