Project Manager - W2

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8–9 years of proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving strategic initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with business leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, project updates, status reports, and business reviews. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive decision-making and project progress. Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring quality standards are met. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies, providing regular updates to leadership. Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices. Coordinate with technical teams, business analysts, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8–9 years of project management experience managing large-scale business or technology projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches. Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms. Required Skills Communication & Presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to present to senior executives, including CFOs, Directors, and C-level stakeholders. Strong facilitation and negotiation skills. Ability to create executive dashboards, reports, and strategic presentations. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Experience working in Finance, Healthcare, Technology, Banking, or Enterprise environments. Experience supporting executive leadership teams and strategic business initiatives.
