Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Pay rate depends on position, shift, certifications, and experience, ranging from $18.10 - $20.60/hr. Hiring immediately! Responsibilities As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our residential program located in Boothbay Harbor, ME, you will provide direct care support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Your responsibilities include acting as a role model, administering medication, assisting with personal care, and inspiring clients to be as independent as possible both at home and in the community. You will also attend and actively promote recreational, social outings, and activities for our clients, using New Communities company vehicles for client transportation.
