Mental Health Therapist

A client of Insight Global is expanding and launching new programs across Eastern New Mexico. They are looking for 2 Licensed Therapists to join their outpatient team and play a key role in transforming behavioral health services in the community. This role includes a mix of in-person and virtual therapy, working with diverse patient populations on mental health and substance use challenges. Day to Day: Provide individual, family, and couples therapy Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Support crisis intervention (in-person and phone-based) Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and coping strategies Collaborate with internal teams and community providers Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development Must Haves: Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or related field Licensed in New Mexico (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT or provisional accepted) Strong patient engagement and relationship-building skills Experience or interest in crisis intervention and behavioral health Ability to work with diverse populations This role is paying from $55-75K a year depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
