Compliance and Risk Analyst

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compliance and Risk Analyst in Dallas, TX. Summary: This position is responsible for assisting Company Compliance with end-to-end build and implementation of enhanced compliance program activities. Reporting to the International Compliance Program Lead, this position works with various Compliance units across entities and jurisdictions to deliver Company's enhanced compliance program. The position combines project management and program design/implementation skills. Key Responsibilities: Assisting each workstream with program design and implementation; This includes but is not limited to reviewing documentation (e.g., policies and procedures), developing policies and procedures, drafting target operating models, and performing gap assessments Partnering with Compliance Subject Matter Experts to develop and/or update policy documentation, with a primary focus on Markets and Investment Banking compliance requirements Preparing status reporting and related dashboards Helping workstreams complete program design and implementation in accordance with agreed-upon minimum requirements and escalating to leadership variations for consideration and decisioning Requirements Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable 7-10 years of experience in program management, compliance, risk management, or regulatory transformation Proven experience in delivering large-scale regulatory or compliance programs Strong understanding of compliance activities, such as Trade Surveillance and Control Room Experience in policy/procedure drafting Experience in interacting with internal audit, regulators, or supervisory bodies Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Expertise in compliance risk frameworks and second line of defense responsibilities as well as knowledge of compliance regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions Extensive background in designing and implementing scalable compliance programs Foundational Skills Communicates effectively Anticipates changing business needs, adjusts priorities accordingly, and allocates necessary resources and budget to achieve objectives Is flexible, decisive, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within the organization Demonstrates effective negotiation and influencing skills Prioritizes and facilitates a culture of continuous improvement Creates an environment that fosters communication, transparency, and collaboration Cultivates innovation and values learning as a lifelong professional objective Leads by example, engaging inclusively and with intent Always acts with integrity The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
