Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships Reports to: Vice President, Sales & Global Strategic Partnerships Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Overview The Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships is responsible for building and scaling partnerships with the ultra‑high net‑worth concierge and multi‑family office service ecosystems. This role focuses exclusively on the concierge and client services side of the multi‑family office environment, owning the strategy and execution of creating long‑term private aviation partnerships with family‑office workflows, concierge platforms, and service models. Success in this role depends on deep relationships, the ability to source new relationships, and the ability to nurture each partnership for continued growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute a partnership strategy targeting UHNW family offices, multi‑family offices, private concierge firms, and trusted advisors serving UHNW individuals and their entities. Initiate and conduct successful online and in‑person meetings with self‑sourced strategic partners. Independently source and engage principals, family‑office executives, chiefs of staff, and senior concierge leaders to translate lifestyle, security, and business needs into private aviation solutions. Partner with internal technology and operations teams to ensure Elevate’s booking platform integrates seamlessly into partner ecosystems while preserving service standards and continuing to evolve. Lead onboarding and program launches for all levels of clientele. Maintain oversight and involvement in client issue resolution, service recovery, and sensitive operational needs. Represent Elevate Jet discretely at relevant industry events, private forums, and relationship‑driven engagements. Continuously deepen understanding of client expectations, service trends, and competitive offerings to inform solution development. Drive exceptional client satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term partnership growth. Establish regular business review sessions articulating the state of the programs, strategic objectives, project progress and other performance metrics. Maintain a robust pipeline within CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and executive visibility at all times. Collaborate cross‑functionally across globally distributed teams to deliver seamless enterprise implementations and ongoing program support. Ensure signed contracts are shared with key stakeholders to foster timely billing or for reporting activities. Maintain appropriate levels of involvement with client issues requiring resolution, including invoices, accounts receivables, and service incidents. Other duties as assigned by leadership. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated ability to build trust‑based relationships with discreet family offices and concierge organizations. Deep understanding of service ecosystems that support UHNW clients. Proven experience delivering concierge‑level, high‑touch solutions where discretion and responsiveness are extremely important. Strong consultative selling and deal negotiation skills focused on long‑term partnerships rather than transactional outcomes. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex client relationships. Ability to represent the Elevate Jet brand with professionalism, discretion, and credibility. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience working directly with family offices, multi‑family offices, concierge firms, or similar luxury service environments. Proven track record developing partnerships within the luxury service ecosystem. Private charter/aviation experience preferred. Experience aligning technology‑enabled solutions with bespoke service delivery models. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Schedule & Travel Standard business hours are expected with the ability to work outside normal hours and/or holidays as needed. Ability to travel as required up to 50–75% FLSA Status: full‑time exempt. Lifting requirements: Up to 25 lbs. U.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment.
