Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Kentucky state PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; experience treating general ortho, vestibular/BPPV, and performing dry needling is preferred.
Must not be a new graduate. First-time travel clinicians will not be accepted.
Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day with potential double-booking of follow-up visits.
Ability and willingness to float to other clinics within the regional network as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with vestibular rehabilitation and BPPV management.
Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings.
Previous productivity in line with 60 visits per week or similar clinic expectations.

Assignment Details
Location: Lexington, KY (outpatient clinic).
Schedule expectation: 36 guaranteed hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
Float requirement: may float to other clinics in the region.
Patient population includes general orthopedics across ages, vestibular/BPPV, and applications of dry needling and external pelvic health as applicable.
