As a Crumbl Baker , you’ll be the heart of our kitchen, bringing our weekly rotating menu of cookies to life. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role perfect for someone who loves to bake, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a team environment. Responsibilities Prepare and bake Crumbl’s signature cookies according to company recipes and standards Measure and mix ingredients with accuracy and consistency Operate ovens and baking equipment safely Assist with dough preparation, portioning, and decorating Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas Maintain inventory and report low stock levels Provide excellent customer service when needed Qualifications No prior baking experience required — we’ll train you!
