Job Description

We are seeking a  Service & Repair Technician I to join our dynamic team on a 9/80 schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in  following device/work instructions, performing basic service and repair in a production setting, and documenting work in computer software and a proven ability to  execute tasks safely and accurately in a regulated, non-environmentally controlled environment .

Responsibilities:

• Read device/work instructions (DI) and verify alignment with assignments.
• Confirm training compliance for assigned work instructions.
• Collect required materials from bins and set up workstations per instructions.
• Perform service and repair activities and inspect own work per guidelines.
• Learn and perform data entry on documentation and in computer software.
• Learn new work instructions as required by the Supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. One to three months related experience or training preferred.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or willingness to receive company-paid shots.
• Ability to read and understand device/work instructions and follow verbal direction.
• Ability to record data on documentation and in computer software; basic Windows proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a repeated basis.
• Close, color, and depth perception vision capabilities.
• Basic math skills, including operations using U.S. units of money, weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions and resolve issues with limited variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to work in a standard production environment with hazardous materials and comply with regulations.

Preferred Skills:

• IPC soldering certification.
