Inventory Specialist

Job Overview We’re excited to welcome an Inventory Coordinator to our growing onsite team in Austin, TX. In this role you’ll manage Bloom’s product inventory for our influencer, partnerships, and events teams, ensuring the right products are always in stock, organized, and ready to ship. You’ll coordinate requests, track shipments, and work closely with our third‑party logistics partner to keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Fulfillment : Manage day‑to‑day product requests from influencer, gifting, partnerships, and events teams; coordinate product pulls from the warehouse with ShipBob, submit requests, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues. Track available stock for marketing‑related launches, products, and kits; prepare and send product shipments to influencers, partners, and event locations; maintain clear records of what was sent, when, and to whom. Coordination & Communication : Liaise between marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to confirm stock levels and shipment timelines; coordinate with Beverage, Brand, and Project Management teams during campaign kickoffs; flag potential out‑of‑stock items and work with supply chain on replenishment; keep internal trackers and shared sheets up to date; develop and manage clear product‑order SOPs, including standardized order templates, tracking processes, and communications. Organization & Reporting : Maintain organized product storage areas in the office; update internal logs and dashboards with shipment data and tracking information; assist with light administrative tasks such as PO creation and vendor communication. Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or marketing coordination (internships welcome). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable managing spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). Excellent communication and follow‑through. Experience working with a 3PL (ShipBob preferred) is a plus.
