The Specialist will promote participation, lead activities in an area of specialty (STEM, dance, art, technology, etc.). The Specialist must have familiarity working with youth and young adults between 5-21 years of age. Hours are duing after school hours and school vacations. Position Qualifications HSD/GED required. One year of college required. One year, minmum, experience interning/volunteering/working with youth in an educational or recreational setting, required. Enrollment in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program preferred. Experience with arts/crafts, sports, etc., strongly preferred.
