Overview
Occupational Therapist – General, Dilkon, Arizona. Travel - Temporary Assignment in a critical access hospital outpatient setting. Start date: 08/31/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,524–$2,582 per week. Guaranteed hours: 30 hours per week (40 hours scheduled). Shift: 4x10 Flex. Mostly outpatient orthopedic caseload with pediatrics; ability to manage a broad OT scope.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient orthopedic and pediatric settings; develop and implement individualized OT plans of care
- Administer functional assessments, set goals, and document progress in medical records
- Provide therapeutic interventions focusing on activity tolerance, functional mobility, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and activity modification
- Manage a diverse caseload across ortho, pediatrics, and general OT within an outpatient clinic

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy experience
- Experience in outpatient clinic settings with orthopedic and pediatric caseload
- Ability to manage a broad OT scope across ortho, pediatrics, and general rehabilitation
- Flexible shift availability; options include 4x10s or 8x5s, with 8- or 10-hour shifts as needed
- Compliance paperwork due two weeks prior to start
