Physical Therapist – Early Intervention

Schedule: Days: Monday-Friday Hours: 40 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 43 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist License
• Experience working with children from birth to age five

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits for children from birth to age three, providing therapeutic interventions.
• Work with preschool-aged children (ages 3-5) to support developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress to modify treatment as needed.
• Educate families on exercises and activities to promote development at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.

Compliance / Notes:

Candidate will only be paid for hours worked; no pay for school holidays or closures.
