Inserter Operator Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Reliable hours, good benefits, and pay that shows respect. Qualifications Resume review required Previous mail handling, postal, or related mail-processing experience required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, reach, and sit for extended periods throughout the workday Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills Knowledge of postal regulations preferred Ability to work in an environment with paper dust and equipment noise Willingness to work frequent overtime and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Ability to work a schedule with two paid 15-minute breaks and no lunch break during the shift On the Job Set up and operate mailing inserter equipment Ensure all work complies with job specifications, postal regulations, and company quality standards Monitor equipment performance and production quality throughout the shift Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on inserter equipment Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and productivity Maintain a safe and organized work area Follow all company procedures and quality-control requirements while processing mail pieces and completed jobs Benefits Pay That Delivers: Weekly checks you can actually count on.
