• Provide full-scope midwifery care within a collaborative physician-midwife model.
• Manage prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care for patients.
• Participate in clinic-based care with integrated delivery coverage based on individual comfort level.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to co-manage patient care.
• Support a high-volume practice environment with approximately 600-650 deliveries annually.
• Contribute to patient care using EPIC EMR, including documentation and workflow management.
• Utilize telehealth tools, including video visits and remote patient monitoring (e.g., glucose and blood pressure).
• Participate in weekly grand rounds and ongoing clinical education initiatives.
• Support mentorship and training of new graduates and less experienced staff.
• Assist with team development efforts, including hiring and onboarding support as needed.
• Promote patient safety in coordination with perinatal safety leadership.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous learning through structured training programs and professional development opportunities.

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), active NY license.
• 5-8 years of midwifery experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort with a broad, full-scope clinical practice.
• Interest in mentorship, leadership development, and team collaboration.
• Academically inclined; values evidence-based care and teaching culture.
