An overview of this position entailsThis position is responsible for providing hospitality and customer service to residents, family members, and outside agencies for the Life Adjustment Program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take and place orders, and serve residents during meals; provide room tray delivery; if required.
• Provide line-of-sight to residents in the dining room; provide assistance as needed.
• Clear dishes from table during and after each meal.
• Mix, prepare, and assemble cold food items outside of service hours.
• Assist cooks by preparing food for meal assembly; prepare food by washing, chopping, separating into individual serving containers, etc.
• Set up food, bus, and drink carts.
• Fill table condiments, stock wait staff station, and assist with silverware rolling.
• Clean wait staff station; empty trash receptacles.
• Consistently meet sanitation standards.
• Assist others as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

One year of related work experience, or two years of general work experience. Minimum 18 years of age required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

• Colorado Identification Card (required)
• Food Handler's Card (required)
• CPR/First Aid Certificate (preferred)
• De-Escalation Training (preferred)
