Floating Lead Maintenance Tech — Multifamily

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Floating Lead Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our multifamily communities. You will lead maintenance operations, mentor staff, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with the property manager. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas/Corporate with occasional travel to properties. Requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, CPO & HVAC certs, and proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and MS Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr SunRidge Management Group
