Seeking a full-time BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician for a nocturnist position in southeastern Alabama within a rapidly growing, hospital-employed hospitalist program offering a collaborative inpatient model, strong specialty support, 24/7 resources, and a flexible, high-volume practice environment.

Practice Highlights:

• Nocturnist position
• Inpatient hospitalist role covering admissions, transfers, and inpatient consults
• Care for unassigned ED patients requiring hospitalization
• Co-management of ICU patients with intensivist support (no procedures required)
• Manage patients in a clinical decision unit
• 24/7 subspecialty coverage across all major specialties
• In-house radiology support available 24/7
• No call responsibilities
• Established team of 30+ board-certified Hospitalists
• Minimum 12 shifts/month with scheduling flexibility
