The MILCONs and Strategic Projects team is looking for motivated individuals to help activate upcoming MILCON projects supporting the future of the FBM D5 missile development, production, sustainment, and next generation missile programs.As a Project Engineer Sr, you will:Support the MILCON and Strategic Projects team in planning and execution of MILCON work across multiple program sites, scope, and Program ExecutionEnsure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plansCoordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibilityEnsure Engineering is coordinated across Program and suppliersSupport Ad hoc tasking by Program Technical LeadersThe ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, have strong interpersonal skills, have initiative, have the ability to manage multiple tasks, and enjoy a fast paced, dynamic environment.Basic QualificationsProject Management and Construction Management experience in commercial, industrial, government, military or DoD facilities.Experience with Project Management, Project Engineering, and/or Systems EngineeringExperience developing and executing Project plansAbility to obtain a Secret clearance (US citizenship required)Desired SkillsFamiliarity with the MILCON process.Proven and demonstrated leadership, organizational coordination, and communication skills.Familiarity with FBM and D5 Missile processing operationsExperience with leading multi-disciplined Integrated Project Teams (IPTs)Experience in the formulation of proposals and bases of estimate (BOE).Experienced in CAMship and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.Self-starter requiring minimal supervision capable of clear communication through multiple levels of senior and executive leadershipStrong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar experience preferredUnderstand of the A&E design process and providing oversite of engineering design packages.Experience preparing/reviewing the following facility engineering products: Statements of Work, Facility Design Criteria, Specification documents and construction cost estimates.Experience in briefing and interfacing with senior level management and customersExcellent computer utilization skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in the execution of engineering projects from start to finishPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
