Join Executive Home Care of Fort Myers as a Caregiver Who Takes Pride in Doing the Job Right! In this rewarding position, you will provide compassionate care to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
