Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to provide advanced clinical care in a neonatal setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, independent decision-making, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Education Requirements

• Master s Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Experience Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in supervision and independent decision-making within major nursing areas (Preferred)

Certifications & Licensures

• Nurse Practitioner Certification (NP-C) Required
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certification (NNP) Required
• American Heart Association Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Department-specific certifications as required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes
• Perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for neonatal conditions
• Demonstrate independent clinical decision-making and leadership in patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Participate in continuous education and professional development
• Attend staff meetings, complete mandatory training, and competency evaluations
