E-Crane Mechanic

Join our E-Crane Division as an Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring smooth and safe equipment handling. You will:

• Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Manage servicing, greasing, and maintenance of all equipment to reduce downtime.
• Manage E-Crane equipment for barge loading and offloading activities.
• Coordinate with Deckhands, overseeing their schedules and tasks.
• Uphold safety standards and regulations in all rigging operations.
• Collaborate with Carver Stevedoring for barge shifting and equipment rigging.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in hand signaling.
• Knowledge of hydraulic repairs and basic electrical operations.
• Welding skills.
• Ability to conduct water rescues and a deep understanding of safe working practices.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative work ethic.
