Support Specialist

This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive client experience. The Support Specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound client communications, scheduling appointments and review meetings, maintaining accurate records, and supporting agents with day-to-day client interactions. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to professionally represent Tyler Insurance Group while appropriately escalating coverage-related or compliance-sensitive inquiries to licensed agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from current and prospective clients, addressing basic questions and routing more complex issues to the appropriate agent
• Make outbound calls to clients for scheduling 1-on-1 review meetings, event follow-ups, and general check-ins
• Assist agents with day-to-day client communication needs, including confirming appointments and relaying messages
• Accurately log call outcomes, scheduling notes, and client information
• Maintain a warm, professional tone representing Tyler Insurance Group on every call
• Escalate coverage-specific or compliance-sensitive questions to a licensed agent rather than answering directly
