This Per Diem Staff Pharmacist role focuses on delivering safe, effective medication management, clinical pharmacy services, and collaborative patient care while helping improve outcomes in an inpatient behavioral health setting. What you will do Evaluate, interpret, and verify medication orders in accordance with legal and professional standards. Compound and dispense medications accurately and safely. Identify, prevent, and resolve medication-related issues to support optimal patient care. Promote clinically appropriate and cost-effective drug therapy using evidence-based protocols. Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and pharmacokinetic dosing/monitoring. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication regimens. Monitor patient outcomes and medication safety, including prevention of adverse drug events. Support and supervise pharmacy technicians and interns while maintaining regulatory compliance. What you will bring Degree from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program (PharmD preferred). 1+ years of recent pharmacist experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Experience using pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office applications. Market Snapshot PRN Schedule: Pharmacy hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
