Job Details: Job Location: Rochester Hills - Rochester Hills, MI 48307, Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Job Summary: Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to announce multiple opportunities to become an integral part of our growing team as a full-time Audiology Assistant! About us: Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC) has been in practice for almost 50 years and is highly regarded in the medical community. Our office stays up-to-date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state of the art facility. Duties/Responsibilities: Demonstrate kindness and compassion in all patient interactions. Help patients by providing information, services, and assistance. Conduct Basic Hearing Screenings Guide patients through Hearing Aid Orientations Reminder calls for patients Repairing Hearing Aids Scheduling appointments Maintaining supplies Knowledge of Insurance verification and billing Qualifications: Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Preferred experience in Otolaryngology. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year related audiology assistant experience required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
