Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care position in Clovis, New Mexico. This travel assignment begins on 11/09/2026 and runs for 14 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $859 to $867, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days, typically from 06:00 to 18:30. Work setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (long-term care). - Administer medications and document per provider orders
- Monitor residents, assess condition changes, and report to the care team
- Provide foundational nursing care, wound care, and daily hygiene support
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of vitals, treatments, and care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care for residents Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Ability to provide care in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting
- Availability to work the assigned schedule (3x12-hour day shifts, 06:00–18:30)
