Industrial Maintenance TechnicianFull-Time, Monday - Friday, 5am – 2pmEarn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resortsEnergy Pellets of America is currently hiring for a Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Ocala, Florida Facility. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing mechanical maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including wood pellet mills, hammer mills, drum dryers, dust collectors, hydraulics, augers, conveyor belts, drag chains, and air compressors. Additional responsibilities include maintaining overhead doors, dock plates, lighting, electrical systems, and performing light concrete, plumbing, drywall, painting, and metal siding work. The technician monitors daily plant operations to ensure all equipment operates at peak performance, troubleshoots and identifies root causes of downtime, and performs necessary machinery repairs. This role also involves developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures, keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and inspections, and identifying opportunities for equipment and robotic improvements.
