Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a rural health system in southern Colorado's San Luis Valley region with the recruitment of a full-time BC/BE pediatrician. You will enjoy practicing in an outpatient clinic attached to a Level III acute care hospital. Highlights Join two other pediatricians and one family nurse practitioner 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient (comfortable attending deliveries) 8-9 call days/month (includes 1 weekend) 20-22 patients in clinic; on-call volume is 1-3 newborns + 0-1 inpatients Compensation

• 230,000 base salary plus variable pay
• 30,000 Sign-on Bonus
