Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician - El Paso, TX (Relocation Assistance Provided)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Days / 8-hour shifts
Healthcare Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations in the inpatient rehabilitation unit.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.

Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and specialists to monitor and adjust treatment plans.

Provide leadership and support to clinical staff.

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (CARF, Joint Commission).

Communicate with families, external providers, and administrative teams.

Support quality improvement initiatives and best practices.

Qualification:

MD/DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Valid Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.

considering experience with under 1 year as well.
