Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required
• Previous NICU nursing experience strongly preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity neonatal care environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, family-centered patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and response to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support families through education, updates, and compassionate communication
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced critical care setting
