Are you passionate about working outdoors and have an eye for detail? Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Lawn Crew Member! In this role, you will be responsible for performing various landscaping and maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are pristine and inviting. We are looking for motivated individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality service and have a great work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf blowing to maintain a neat appearance.
- Assist in planting, weeding, fertilizing, and pruning gardens and lawns.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Ensure proper clean-up and storage of tools and equipment after use.
- Identify and report any issues or potential improvements in landscaping to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
