Position Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product and service inquiries, and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the best solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Engagement

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Answer questions and provide accurate product information

Sales Support

• Promote and sell products in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Support team sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge
• Assist with upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Product Demonstrations

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Address customer questions and concerns with confidence and professionalism

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals

Inventory & Store Support

• Assist with maintaining organized and visually appealing displays
• Monitor inventory levels and help keep merchandise stocked

Reporting & Documentation

• Accurately process sales transactions
• Record customer interactions and assist with sales reporting as needed

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to support daily operations
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse customer base
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash is a plus
• Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional coursework in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
