Job Description 10-14 years of overall IT experience, including but not limited to development and architecture experience 5-7 years of experience implementing CRM solutions with Salesforce and Service Cloud Experience implementing Salesforce.com in a large-scale, enterprise environment Integration experience within the Salesforce space (REST, SOAP, ESB) External website experience including content management systems, search, e-commerce and related technologies Proven track record of developing an organization and achieving results through others Ability to work within multiple work streams at one time Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex technical concepts Self-starter, highly motivated individual and team player who can adapt to changes in customer requirements quickly Additional Information U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
