We are looking for a dependable and organized team member to assist in daily restaurant operations. This role includes handling the register, packing food orders, answering phone calls, and supporting the team as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
• Pack and organize takeout and delivery orders efficiently
• Answer phone calls and take customer orders professionally
• Assist the shift manager with operational tasks
• Ensure the counter area is clean and well-stocked
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
• Flexible availability, including weekends if needed
