About the Opportunity
A Publicly Traded Data Storage Company is looking for a lawyer with 5+ years\' experience for an ongoing engagement starting as soon as possible .
- Schedule: full - time
Qualifications
- Providing subject matter expertise for M&A transactions
- Completing all work dealing with securities disclosures
- Lead project manager for the company\'s formation of new Vietnam subsidiary . This role would be in partnership with the company\'s corporate paralegal.
Required
- Candidates must be able to work full-time.
- Company\'s preference is for candidates who can be onsite in Santa Clara, California .
- Company\'s budget for full-time work is $4,000/week .
- Candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement.
