Job Summary: Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and the Clubhouse Manager the Bartender is responsible for the overall execution of the member and guest beverage experience while dining at the Club. Duties/Responsibilities: Greeting members and guests by name when possible Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while enjoying food and beverage at the Club Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the Club's specifications for member/guests at the bar and dining areas. Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to member and guest needs while providing superb overall customer service Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary Performs other duties as directed by Senior Food & Beverage Manager Education and Experience: Prior experience as a bartender or server is preferred Prior experience at a Golf Club or Country Club is preferred Must have Daytime, Nighttime and Weekend availability.
