Position: Domain Expert - ERP(NetSuite)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Confirm the accuracy of posted entries reconciliations or close steps in the ledger.
- Catch entries posted to incorrect periods accounts subsidiaries or currencies.
- Judge completeness by ensuring all related transactions are accounted for.
- Distinguish between system allowances and accountant approvals to flag policy breaches.
- Verify that requests lacking approval or existing records are appropriately refused.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Frequent NetSuite use - weekly or more - for accounting work in your current or recent role.
- 3 years of professional accounting experience including month-end close.
- Ability to spot misposted entries unreconciled variances or cutoff errors on sight.
- Strong working knowledge in at least 23 specialized areas listed.
- Hands-on experience as a NetSuite user or administrator.
Preferred
- CPA (active or inactive) preferred; otherwise a degree in accounting or finance or equivalent controller-level experience.
- Prior data annotation labeling or AI evaluation experience is a plus.
