Job Description Job Description Pay: From $18.00 per hour Job description: We are looking for a full-time medical assistant. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. We can also offer Part-Time 1-6pm, Mon-Fri for 3 months then start full-time in January 2026 Responsibilities * Interview patients and document basic medical history and medication list * Update medical records and HEDIS measures * Take vitals and perform EKGs or Holters * Assist during medical examinations * Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments * Call patient to give results * Occasionally take calls for sick patients and when refills are needed * Occasionally fill out forms for medication prior authorization and diabetic supplies Skills * Fluent in English and Spanish required * Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures * Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work * Social perceptiveness and service oriented * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and planning skills * Experience with EMR software, E-clinical Works preferred Salary based on experience.
